Jenny Jennings | Film Friday | Lake Claire Atlanta Film Photographer

You know how people are always saying “It’s a small world.”? It is exactly the thought that pops into my head when I think of Jenny Jennings. Well, other than beautiful, hilarious, talented, friendly, lively, etc. etc. etc. Because she’s absolutely all those things too! But it’s crazy to think of the many ways our paths crossed before this “end of the roll” session. For starters, I went to college with and later reported alongside her older sister Christian (shout out to UGA’s Grady School of Journalism and WALB News 10 in Albany, Georgia!). Fast forward a few years and I find out my boyfriend Daniel and Jenny attended college together. I think I made that discovery after laughing hysterically at one of Jenny’s popular Vine videos. I even attended a wedding where Daniel was a groomsman and Jenny was a bridesmaid! Our paths crossed once again when I needed someone to help me burn off the last shots on a roll of film. Jenny graciously volunteered to meet me at Lake Claire one lovely afternoon. She worked it so effortlessly I couldn’t help but turn that roll of film into 2 rolls! I also snagged some fun digital shots (and an AWESOME surprise!) I will share at a later date. But for now, here are my favorites for this Film Friday!

I accidentally underexposed for some of the images in this bunch, but I couldn’t bear tossing them! Lesson learned to ALWAYS recheck your meter AND camera settings after walking around from spot to spot.
